Job Description

The Senior Business Development Executive’s primary purpose is to lead and oversee the development and growth of a profitable new business, increase the client base, develop and maintain effective key customer relationships, and ensure business growth by directing and managing business development activities.

Responsibilities 

  • Research and identify new business opportunities with new and existing clients – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Maximize the value to KRH of all business development and commercial opportunities. While managing sales targets and developing key market entries
  • Develop new business prospect listing to ensure that future new business development is planned in advance
  • Spearheaded full-cycle sales operations (initial lead identification, bid/no-bids assessments, tendering, negotiation, risk review, and contract closure.
  • Responsible for the management and handling of the RFQ response documents coming to the company
  • Track Status with in-depth details of current, pending and new projects across the industry.
  • Formulate competitor analysis and company value and ensure KRH is qualified and included to conduct win/pursuit plans.
  • Guide Operations on commercial proposals, projects, tenders, and meeting target backlog.
  • Increase development activities by building partnerships with leading international and local providers
  • Coordinate tender requirements; develop quotes; write commercial proposals; develop and transiting contract requirements into business operations.
  • Generate and distribute specific reports as required in alignment with the position
  • Focus on winning and keeping a profitable business
  • Planning and overseeing new and existing marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with other departments to effectively and rapidly resolve problems
  • Undertake sales presentations to customers and business communities to present the company products and services
  • Establish trust with all internal and external stakeholders and maintain excellent communication.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors
  • Act as the face of the company for contract negotiations, strategic business decisions, and day-to-day decision-making.
