Job profile:

The main functions of the position will be:

• Telephone service: receiving and issuing calls to previously imported customers to explain the customs clearance process.
• Direct telephone contact, via email, etc., with clients.
• Inform the client about taxes, agencies, customs legislation, etc.
• Registration of all information in the system and calculation of costs according to origin and type of merchandise.
• Obtain all the information/documentation necessary to carry out customs clearance quickly.

Candidate profile:

• Training in Administration or similar.
• Previous experience in a Call Center/Front.
• Knowledge of computer tools: Excel, Word, Access…etc. Experience in managing them.
• Valuable knowledge of GEMA, NPTS, etc.
• Knowledge of International Trade and customs legislation.
• English high level.
• High management skills stress tolerance and learning ability.
• Accustomed to working with high volumes and in a team.
