The Business Management team within Business and Client Services Technology (QTS) is looking for a Business Management Associate.

Who will be responsible for helping the organization manage its day-to-day Business Management functions and help deliver strategic priorities for the group?

Responsibilities

  1. Maintain budgets related to fiscal year and multiyear spending on a variety of technology delivery projects
  2. Ownership of tracking vendor related spend across the portfolio
  3. Provide inputs towards the annual financial planning process
  4. Quantify all financial impacts to the portfolio on a rolling monthly basis
  5. Review forecast verse approved spend amounts with delivery leads regularly
  6. Assist project teams in the creation of internal business cases
  7. Assist in the creation of executive presentation materials
  8. Support with ad-hoc requests

Qualifications

  1. Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
  2. 2+ years working in Financial Planning and Management
  3. Expert-level knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  4. Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and analysis
  5. Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities.
  6. A strong understanding of technology and the financial services industry

Nice-to-have:

  1. CPA
  2. Capital Markets/Banking Experience
  3. Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses
