You are a true team manager and know how to successfully motivate and achieve goals together; their guests simply love your nose for F&B trends, your eye for detail and your creative implementation.

Responsibilities

These are:

  1. You manage all aspects of the kitchen (operational, administrative).
  2. You prepare creative and innovative menu plans and calculations based on the F&B concept
  3. You do not lose the overview with many different outlets and manage to lead and guide your team accordingly
  4. You optimize the productivity and efficiency of the subordinate areas
  5. You lead the entire kitchen brigade professionally, disciplinarily and administratively
  6. You supervise the kitchen in terms of cleanliness and maintenance (HAACP)
  7. You will be in charge of the optimal purchase and ordering of food/merchandise
  8. You always have a watchful eye on the compliance and review of the current kitchen budget (personnel costs, foodcost, etc…)
  9. You are a real team player with all F&B departments and the leadership team
  10. You are responsible for the further development of our kitchen team and trainees and enjoy passing on your extensive knowledge
  11. You are no stranger to social media and you regularly provide content for our marketing team

Qualifications

These are:

  1. You already have several years of professional experience in a similar position, international experience is an advantage
  2. You are characterized by a modern leadership style and have great experience in leading and motivating employees
  3. Your creativity and enthusiasm for professional implementations are accompanied by a keen sense of culinary trends.
  4. Your strong awareness of quality and your high standards are evident in everything you do
  5. You are a communication talent with good German and English skills
  6. Your commercial and organizational knowledge and skills are the basis for your decisions
  7. Your winning appearance, your can-do attitude and your hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality
