Salt is excited to have been retained to work with a fantastic Online Retailer based in Munich which has grown to operate in over 30 countries and has 8 further offices globally.

The business plans to make Offline Marketing an integral part of its growth strategy and as a result is looking for a Head of Offline Marketing, in a newly created role for the business.

This person would sit in the Central Marketing team and will help to build strong planning, buying, and measurement capabilities for the brand’s offline marketing channels (direct mail, letterbox, TC, CTV, and out-of-home).

This role will initially sit solo with the focus of growing the team in time, therefore suitable candidates must be able to be hands-on and strategic, it is an amazing blank canvas!!

This person will also sit on the leadership team, so you must be able to think strategically across the full marketing mix as well as your specialism.

Responsibilities

1. Develop the implement an effective offline marketing strategy across (direct mail, letterbox, TC, CTV, and out-of-home) that is aligned with the wider business objectives.
2. Manage, mentor, and grow a team of offline marketing professionals.
3. Create and execute effective offline marketing campaigns that drive profitable customer acquisition and brand awareness.
4. Review industry trends and competitors’ strategies to identify areas of opportunities.
5. Responsible for the Offline Marketing budget, ensuring strong ROI.
6. Collaborate with agencies to maximize the offline marketing campaign efforts.

Qualifications

1. 10+ years experience in marketing with at least 5 years in a Leadership position.
2. Have managed a team and an 8-digit budget.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skillset.
4. Superior leadership skillset.
