All about the role:

We are looking for an Amazon Marketing Manager to join the European E-commerce Marketing team to oversee and enhance our presence on our Amazon marketplaces in Europe. This role involves content management, listing optimization, and governance of Amazon advertising. As Amazon Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in growing our Amazon business in line with our ambitions to double the sell out on the platform over the next 3 years. You will help us achieve this goal by driving visibility and conversion for our products and brands, supporting product launches and campaigns, and implementing our sustainability strategy.

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Content Management: Ensure outstanding consumer experiences and compelling product listings with accurate and engaging content. Drive brand equity and brand consistency across marketplaces and leverage on local best practices to drive efficiencies to not reinvent the wheel.
  • Listing Optimization: Conduct regular audits of product listings to identify areas for improvement. Implement and update guidelines for optimizing product titles, bullet points, product descriptions, and content to maximize discoverability and conversion rates.
  • Advertising Governance: Recommend spend and set performance targets for local markets. Help plan, execute, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns to drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness. Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategies to hit targets.
  • Collaboration and Agency Management: Manage central content and advertising agencies and collaborate with local teams to perform the tasks required for the above and ensure high quality output. Communicate objectives and strategies clearly and proactively with local TMO and Marketing teams.

Who you are:

  • Preferred Degree in Marketing / E-commerce or other relevant degree.
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in marketing (in roles dealing with content and e-retail media).
  • Hands on experience working with Amazon content management and/or Amazon advertising.
  • Experience in working for or managing Amazon marketing agencies is a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills.

This position is based at our global headquarter in Stockholm, Stadshagen.
