Responsibilities:

 

Customer service through written communication on email, social media & live chat
Management of incoming calls and detailed investigation of customer needs
Providing correct information about products and services to customers
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Collaboration with other company departments to improve processes and customer satisfaction
Management of incoming calls and detailed investigation of customer needs
Providing correct information and reports to the Department Manager regarding the resolution of issues that arise within the team as well as at the level of customer service

Qualifications required:

 

Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (C1 level), oral and written
Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
Very good knowledge of handling Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
Excellent computer and internet skills
Ability to work independently as well as as part of a team
Enthusiastic and customer-centric attitude
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and manage time effectively
Team spirit, with an appetite for training and developing professional skills
