Role and responsibilities:

As Customer Service Associate, your responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support for hosting, domain, and related services via tickets, chat, and phone.
  • Assisting with entry-level sales and billing requests.
  • Reporting bugs to developers and managing infrastructure monitoring.
  • Identifying and reporting infrastructure issues.
  • Driving cross-sales and upsells.
  • Consulting with customers to enhance their services.
  • Providing valuable customer feedback to improve products and services.

Required skills and experience:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Professional and friendly customer support skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and efficiency in addressing customer inquiries.
  • Knowledge of Linux/Windows operating systems and hosting services.
  • Familiarity with Plesk, cPanel, WHM, and common CMS platforms (WordPress, Joomla, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
