Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to

drive the marketing initiatives and growth strategies for our organization. As a Fractional CMO,

you will work on a part-time or fractional basis, providing expert guidance and leadership to our

marketing team while aligning marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

 Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy

 Collaborate with executive leadership to define marketing goals, objectives, and

strategies aligned with the company’s mission and vision.

 Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand

awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Brand Management:

 Define and maintain brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all

marketing channels and materials.

 Ensure brand consistency and integrity in all communication efforts.

Digital Marketing:

 Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing,

web content and optimization, and content marketing.

 Analyze digital marketing metrics and trends to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

Content Strategy and Creation:

 Develop a content strategy that resonates with target audiences and supports marketing

objectives.

 Coordinate content creation efforts, ensuring high-quality and engaging content across

various platforms and formats.

Market Research and Analysis:

 Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.

 Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and continuously improve

marketing effectiveness. Must be an out of the box thinker!

Partnerships and Collaborations:

 Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand brand reach

and market presence.

 Negotiate and manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.

Budget Management:

 Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize

ROI.

 Monitor expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

Team Leadership and Development:

 Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of

innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

 Set clear goals and expectations, and evaluate performance to drive continuous

improvement.

Requirements

 Proven experience as a senior marketing leader, preferably as a CMO or Director of

Marketing, with a track record of driving growth in a fast-paced environment.

 Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business

objectives into actionable marketing plans.

 Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices, with proficiency in

marketing automation and analytics tools.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and

collaborate across cross-functional teams.

 Demonstrated experience in brand development, market research, and content strategy.

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

 Relevant industry experience is a plus.
