Provide support for all administrative tasks requested by Chief Executive Officer

Duties And Responsibilities

 

  • Arrange and prep materials for all meetings and interviews for the Chief Executive Officer
  • Calendar management for various senior team members as well as travel arrangements, expense reports, meeting preparation, etc.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees
  • Help with the updating and creation of company policies, protocols, and handbooks for current and future state and federal guidelines
  • Handle office tasks, such as filing, shipping, scanning, setting up for meetings, reordering supplies, and tidying up kitchen and shared office spaces
  • Organize food orders for meetings, events, retreats, and employer sponsored luncheons for the staff.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and email
  • Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate party
  • Ensure operation of office equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer’s instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, calling for repairs, and maintaining equipment inventories.
  • Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming correspondence
