Job Title: Automotive Technical Trainer
Salary : AED 9000 + Self benefits

We’re seeking an experienced Automotive Technical Trainer, ensuring our workforce stays ahead in automotive technology and safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual training plans in coordination with supervisors and senior management.
- Stay updated on automotive technology trends through manufacturer databases and training sessions.
- Conduct technical training for technicians and provide ongoing support.
- Manage technical documentation and maintain the technical library.
- Conduct safety inspections and promote adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure compliance with standard procedures and coordinate the implementation of QHSE rules and safe work practices.
- Liaise with stakeholders on technical matters and provide feedback to management and manufacturers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Automobile Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of automotive technical training experience, ideally in commercial vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of automotive technology and safety practices.
