The Head of IT supports CMB’s growing usage of technology by helping implement long-term IT solutions in alignment with business goals. This position is 100% on-site at company headquarters in Dallas, TX. While core business hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST, this role may require work outside of the normal business hours for maintenance of technology.

What can you expect as the Head of IT?
- Strategic IT Leadership
- Ability to develop and implement a long-term IT vision that aligns with business goals. This includes driving technology adoption across departments, optimizing IT processes, and managing relationships with internal and external IT vendors.
- Project Management Expertise
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects on time and within budget. Experience in project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
- Change Management Acumen
- Ability to effectively manage IT-related changes to minimize disruption and ensure user adoption. This includes communication planning, training, and user support.
To thrive in this position, qualified candidates meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT leadership or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field (preferred).
- Proven experience developing and implementing IT strategy.
- Certification in ITIL/ITSM frameworks (a plus).
- Strong understanding of network, server, and cloud technologies.
- Experience managing IT projects with a focus on budget and timelines.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
