COMMERCIAL MANAGER WESTERN REGION – MASS CONSUMPTION COMPANY

We are looking for a highly trained and results-oriented Consumer Commercial Manager for the Western Region to lead our commercial strategy. This role is essential to drive sales and expand our market presence in the region. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with experience managing sales teams, developing business relationships, and executing strategies to drive growth.

Main responsibilities

Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to drive sales and maximize market share in the Western region

Supervise and lead sales teams, setting clear objectives and providing guidance and support to achieve desired results.

Identify growth and expansion opportunities in the regional market, including new distribution channels and customer segments.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective commercial campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate demand.

Manage and develop strong relationships with key clients and business partners at a Regional level to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.

Continually analyze and evaluate business performance, identifying areas for improvement and making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.

Requirements

Professional in Marketing, Business Administration or related areas with a master’s degree or MBA.

Proven prior experience (10 years) in business leadership roles, preferably in FMCG or consumer products companies.

Strong understanding of the Western Regional market, including consumer trends, competitors and market dynamics.

Demonstrated skills in managing sales teams and achieving business objectives.

Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong business relationships.

Orientation towards results and ability to make decisions based on data.
