Opportunity
Rational 360 is seeking a Graphic Design Fellow to join our growing design team. This position is best suited for a recent or upcoming (May or June 2025) graduate. The firm is committed to high-quality, personal service and specialize in strategic public affairs communications, reputation management, business and consumer public relations, and interactive communications.
Key Responsibilities
Work on client design deliverables in a timely manner, including but not limited to social media graphics, digital advertisements, print advertisements, one-pagers, and infographics.
Participate in internal client team discussions from a designer perspective
Assistance with websites and newsletter creative content for various clients
Effectively handle logistics around design deliverables and internal meetings
Work collaboratively with other designers on the team and be able to edit deliverables based on feedback from client team/client

You have knowledge of fundamental design principals and are attentive to details
You’re proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and have a basic understanding of the rest of the Adobe Suite
Knowledge of social media platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat
Availability to work at least 40 hours/week
You are a current student at a college/university, or are a recent graduate or graduate student
You must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
