Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located at Bulgari Hotel Tokyo. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and policy implementation. They will also collaborate with department heads to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, promote a positive workplace culture, and support the overall strategic goals of the hotel.

Qualifications

  • Native-level Japanese and Business Level English is a must
  • Experience in human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus

Job details

Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo is recruiting for a Human Resources Manager. Human resources managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, general employee operations, and onboarding training. You will also work with department leaders to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, promote a positive work culture, and support the hotel’s overall strategic goals.

Qualification requirements

Native level Japanese and business level English are required

Human resources management experience including recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to perform work with both cooperation and independence

Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
