Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Personal Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible working environment, including attending meetings both in and out of the office, and is eager to learn and grow with the company. The Personal Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the creation of new projects and managing day-to-day tasks as per the directives of the Managing Partner directly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Flexible Availability: Adapt to flexible working hours to accommodate various requests and tasks as needed.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Must be proficient in reading and writing in both Arabic and English to handle diverse communications and documentation.
  • Learning and Growth: Display a strong desire to learn and improve, embracing the opportunity to acquire new skills and knowledge.
  • Time-Sensitive Projects: Efficiently manage projects that are time-sensitive and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills, capable of managing client interactions and representing the company professionally.
  • Research and Coordination: Conduct research and communicate effectively with third parties to gather information and facilitate project execution.

Requirements:

  • A proactive, ambitious, and smart individual who is keen to learn and take on responsibilities.
  • No extensive experience is required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
