What’s On Your Plate?

  • Greet visitors with a positive and helpful attitude; providing exceptional customer service.
  • Announce visitors (when necessary) to the concerned employee/department or help them find their way around the office.
  • Help maintain office security by issuing visitor passes/collecting them and managing the visitor log.
  • Help in the management of meeting rooms, such as calendar/bookings, meeting room supplies, and set up.
  • Support in general administration work, such as:
  • Managing incoming/outgoing courier mail with courier companies and internal
  • stakeholders.
  • Inventory control for People Operations material.
  • Document control for new joiner onboarding.
  • Coordinating with external suppliers/vendors for hospitality and engagement events, when needed.

What Did We Order?

 

● Bilingual in Arabic & English with strong written and spoken communication skills

● Minimum 2-year Diploma or Bachelor’s degree

● Minimum of 1-year experience in administration work/customer service/client-facing role

● A customer-centric attitude.

● Super organizational skills

● Experience with G-Suite applications is preferred.
