What’s On Your Plate?
- Greet visitors with a positive and helpful attitude; providing exceptional customer service.
- Announce visitors (when necessary) to the concerned employee/department or help them find their way around the office.
- Help maintain office security by issuing visitor passes/collecting them and managing the visitor log.
- Help in the management of meeting rooms, such as calendar/bookings, meeting room supplies, and set up.
- Support in general administration work, such as:
- Managing incoming/outgoing courier mail with courier companies and internal
- stakeholders.
- Inventory control for People Operations material.
- Document control for new joiner onboarding.
- Coordinating with external suppliers/vendors for hospitality and engagement events, when needed.
What Did We Order?
● Bilingual in Arabic & English with strong written and spoken communication skills
● Minimum 2-year Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
● Minimum of 1-year experience in administration work/customer service/client-facing role
● A customer-centric attitude.
● Super organizational skills
● Experience with G-Suite applications is preferred.
