Overview of the Role :
It’s a Sales job! you will enjoy contacting candidates, clients, understanding their needs, and delivering service levels beyond their expectations. This role is a fantastic prospect for someone who loves the thrill of the sale and approaching and establishing new client and candidate relationships.
Recruitment Role
- Source candidates via various channels including traditional job boards and social media or other new trend channels.
- Attract high potential candidates and developing a candidate pool to meet client’s requirements.
- Use both skills and competency-based interviewing techniques to match candidates to the right jobs for their careers.
- Engage and implement candidate relationship management including providing career advice and guidance to candidates.
Business Development Role
- You will need to meet weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI targets, including a Sales target with commission incentives.
- Develop client base and identify opportunities for business development, negotiate rates and fees, close deals
Delivering Solutions Provider Role
- As the leading HR Solutions provider in the world, we offer our clients a full spectrum of HR services beyond the Permanent Recruitment service, and you will be at the forefront of presenting these services to clients.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with all related parties through either telephone or face-to-face meetings.
- To keep both candidates and clients informed about the status of recruitment activities from initial steps until completion.
- Keep up with the industries and functions, market update/research and level of organization along with the scope to provide solutions to both client and candidate.
- Be project manager to explore, research and provide tailor-made solutions to match with clients
Qualifications :
- Having experience in Sales or Business Development or Consultant related role
- Superb Skills in the areas of Negotiation, Presentation, Selling, Coordinating and Problem Solving
- Critical and analytical thinker who can be flexible based on situation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Pleasant and smart personality and able to work in a dynamic environment
- Tech-savvy enjoyable person
- Love to learn new things in everyday
