The Learning Journey we offer

During your journey with us, you will right from the start receive strong mentoring and training toward your passions and skills. We have 7 overall tracks, you can apply to, and within the tracks you there is flexibility for you to be in the driver seat of your career and skills progression all support by strong mentors and trainings we offer.

Within the tracks here you’d focus on…

  • Software engineering … coding standards, development methodologies, and participating in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment e.g. front-end, back-end or full stack development within modern programming languages like Go, GoLang, C#, and more.
  • Data & AI, large-scale processing systems and databases. Data Science, Data Engineering, machine learning algorithms, data mining techniques, natural language processing, Phyton, LLM, Databricks and more.
  • Cloud Dev/Ops, platforms like AWS, Azure, Gen-AI, Kubernetes, GitHub Co-Pilot, cloud services, network architecture, and security practices to support cloud-based applications, data storage solutions and more.
  • Cybersecurity, protecting information systems, networks, and data from cyber threats and vulnerabilities. E.g. security principles, technologies, and practices, such as encryption, intrusion detection systems, and secure software development and more.
  • Business Systems Engineering, ERP systems to setup, customization, and maintenance of ERP software to align with an organization’s business processes e.g. work with engineering or configuration to streamline, automate business functions and more.
  • Digital product design, interfaces and experiences of digital products such as websites, mobile apps, and software applications with e.g. design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing, to create intuitive and engaging products.
  • Digital Consulting & Product Management value delivery of a specific Digital product area and engage with business partners to conceptualize, assemble and ultimately effectively manage the lifecycle of digital projects, in the mindset of Agile to participate in successful implementation of technology solutions.

Do you have what it takes?

 

  • Currently enrolled in Denmark with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in fields such as Computer Science, Data Science, Cyber Security, Software Development, Multimedia Design, Business-oriented Digital degree, or any other relevant discipline. ‘
  • Preferably have at least 1½ year remaining in your studies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with others.
  • Willingness to be present at either the Billund campus or Copenhagen Digital Hub 1 for 1 to 2 days per week.
  • Positive and energetic attitude towards work and team collaboration.
  • Passion for Digital Technology
