Yoursafe is hiring new Customer Support Agents in its modern and spacious office in the Houthavens district of Amsterdam to assist us in supporting our customer base, including asylum seekers in the Netherlands. You will be part of a high-tech culture. We are looking for one or more:

Customer Support Agent(s) speaking Arabic, Persian, Somalian or Tigrinya

40 hours per week

Location: Amsterdam office

Yoursafe is a fast-growing Fintech based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Yoursafe (www.yoursafe.com) is spearheading the inclusive Fintech revolution by offering European accounts (IBANs) to anyone in the world, while protecting their personal information. As a Customer Support Agent you will be providing excellent support to all customers of Yoursafe. In this role, we hope you will excel in giving outstanding service to our customers. You understand that exceptional user experience must be created in every single interaction with the customer, and is a major contribution to the value of our brand.

Yoursafe’s unique proposition is to secure payments and money while protecting the identity of its customers regardless of their occupation, ethnic or social origin, gender, religion or sexual orientation.

Yoursafe is licensed as Electronic Money Institution by the Dutch Central Bank.

Our customer base includes GenZ influencers, adult content creators, Ukrainian refugees, asylum seekers, members of the LGBTQI community and many others. You will be assisting them in getting their Yoursafe accounts set up and understanding our product.

Yoursafe is also the exclusive provider of payment accounts for the refugee program in the Netherlands, since winning a government tender earlier this year. These accounts come with a Yoursafe Visa card, which allows all azc residents to pay for goods and services in the Dutch society.

Yoursafe is a high-risk payment service provider. The regulatory framework around high-risk transaction processing has become very professional and Yoursafe is following and contributing to the rules and regulations set by the card and banking industry.

Your responsibilities will be:

Provide excellent customer support to Yoursafe’s customers by phone, email (Zendesk ticketing system) or through other channels:

·       Handle incoming phone calls

·       Utilize various CRM and support tools and systems

·       Review and confirm any changes customers may initiate in their accounts

·       Escalate issues that cannot be resolved quickly and spot broader trends in support requests

·       Ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction by maintaining ticket status, periodic review of service requests and timely closure until issue is resolved

·       Demonstrate customer relationship skills and maintain a positive company image during all interactions with customers.

The ideal candidate:

·       Has an excellent level of verbal and written English (Dutch and any other language would be a plus)

·       Has a good level of verbal Arabic, Persian, Somalian or Tigrinya

·       Has an affinity and passion for new internet technology

·       Has experience in internet services or technical support, including help desk and/or customer call center environment

·       Has experience with Zendesk

·       Has the ability to troubleshoot problems, research and find answers to consumer questions

·       Has at least a Bachelor’s degree
