AMERITEL BPO Services Inc.

We are seeking a competent and reliable Personal Assistant to provide personalized administrative support to a high-level executive. The Personal Assistant will work closely with the executive to handle a variety of tasks including managing schedules, arranging travel plans, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings and events. The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, impeccable discretion, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Requirements

Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, including arranging appointments, meetings, and conferences.

Handle all correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, in a professional and efficient manner.

Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and preparing travel itineraries.

Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.

Assist in the preparation of meetings and events, including scheduling, agenda creation, and logistics coordination.

Conduct research on various topics as requested by the executive.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-6 months BPO exprience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting high-level executives
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
