Responsibilities
- Support the growth of the company by hiring new talent for our international offices
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls and assessments
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Managing hiring processes via our Applicant Tracking Systems
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
Profile
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Proven international work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in French and English
