For a Healthcare client in the Ghent region, I am searching for a freelance Level 1 Helpdesk / IT Support Engineer.
This opportunity offers 1 days remote working per week.
The main responsibilities:
You will have broad ticketing responsibilities and placed between first line support engineers & experts.
You will play a vital role in ticket handling, monitoring, and solving alerts, and more.
Assisting experts with complex issues.
Skills required:
Professional experience in a similar position.
You are experienced working with Windows.
You are fluent in Dutch
