Localsoft, S.L. is a world-class localization company offering translation, testing and audio services. From our headquarters in the Málaga TechPark, in Spain, we operate both locally and internationally with clients from many different business areas including Games.
We are expanding and currently hiring an experienced and dynamic full-time Recruiter for the Games vertical to work on our team with English as our main language of communication.
If you have experience recruiting translators, interpreters, editors, testers, etc. for multilingual projects, we would like to hear from you!
Role
As a Recruiter you will be accountable for the full recruitment cycle from advertising to hiring, working independently as well as with a team and successfully resolving our multilingual recruitment needs in a fast-paced work environment. Your daily work consists of finding and onboarding the best suppliers for our projects.
Requirements
- EU work permit and availability to perform from our Málaga HQ
- English with full working proficiency, other languages are a plus
- Experience recruiting translators, testers, interpreters, or similar
- Experience recruiting international candidates for Spain is a plus
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and organization skills
- Able to work with tight deadlines
- Capacity to work independently as well as in a team
- Positive, problem-solving attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
- IT literacy: MS Office, Outlook, Internet, Social Networks
Responsibilities
- Follow company policy and values, adhere to existing procedures and create new ones
- Successfully resolve our recruitment needs in a timely manner
- Expand our database and maintain it updated and accurate including regular feedback
- Have backups available at all times
- Timely reporting
- Other related tasks
