About the Role:
We’re expanding our team and currently seeking professionals for the roles of Construction Managers (Site Engineer)at Messinia (on site, locally). We’re looking for individuals who share our passion for innovation and sustainability and who are ready to contribute to our mission of driving positive change in the industry.
Roles Available:
- One Civil Engineer (Site Supervisor) with 15-20 years’ experience.
- Two Civil Engineers (Site Supervisors) with 10-15 years’ experience and 5 years’ experience.
- One Architect (Site Supervisor) with 10 years’ experience.
- One Mechanical Engineer (Site Supervisor) with 10 years’ experience.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Preparation and drafting of project schedules.
- Negotiation of subcontractor contracts.
- Site supervision and coordination of subcontractors.
- Financial monitoring and preparation of certificates.
- Attendance and participation in meetings.
- Preparation of progress reports.
- Development and monitoring of the project quality program.
- Conducting measurements and testing.
- Commissioning and punch listing.
