About the Role
A warm, professional family based in Inner West Sydney is seeking a reliable and nurturing babysitter to provide part-time care for their two children (ages 4 and 7). Responsibilities

Supervise and engage with children during afternoon hours (3:00pm–7:00pm)

School pick-up and safe transportation home

Prepare nutritious snacks and assist with light meal prep

Facilitate fun, age-appropriate activities and games

Assist with homework and basic tutoring if needed

Maintain a tidy play and living environment

Communicate daily updates with parents

Support bedtime routines when required
Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older

Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Current First Aid and CPR certification

1+ year experience in babysitting, nannying, or early childhood care

Valid driver’s license and access to a safe vehicle (preferred)

Ability to commit to a regular schedule

Fluent in English; clear communication skills

A genuine love for children and a calm, caring demeanor
💰 Compensation

Hourly Pay: $30–$35 AUD, based on experience
