Job Purpose:
To assist Moniepoint customers via email support, resolve their issues, and build strong customer relationships by providing excellent service in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle multiple customer queries via email

Maintain professional and empathetic communication at all times

Resolve complaints and follow up on customer issues promptly

Stay informed about Moniepoint’s products to offer accurate assistance

Work closely with your manager/team to escalate unresolved issues

Collect customer feedback, assist in surveys and service improvements

Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and protocols
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (any relevant course)

1–3 years of professional experience in customer service, ideally in banking, fintech, or digital platforms

Experience in client service or front office roles
-
Attention to detail and strong written communication skills

Familiarity with compliance requirements is an advantage
