The post

Under the supervision of the Studio Director, your responsibilities include the following areas:

Complete management of the company’s systems and network infrastructure, covering both software and hardware.
Technology monitoring focused on subjects related to information technologies applied to audiovisual.
Maintenance, research and management of relationships with various IT suppliers.
Guaranteeing the security of computer networks and data.
Your role is of capital importance in the development of the company’s activity. To do this, you will collaborate autonomously with members of each team, both in France and in subsidiaries abroad.

Your missions

Your missions will notably include the following points:

Supervise the computer network and communication networks (Windows, Mac).
Improve the network architecture in collaboration with the Division Directors and the Studio Director (Windows server, Active Directory, Office 365, Graphics workstations, Render farm).
Manage the relationship with IT suppliers by carrying out solution benchmarks or launching calls for tenders for the purchase of equipment.
Organize and guarantee the reliability of data archiving, particularly through LTO backups and cloud backup.
Ensure the security and confidentiality of company data.
Carry out regular technological monitoring to identify new trends and share them with teams.
Manage and document your activities and interventions through a ticketing system.
Provide regular reports on the progress of missions.

Your profile

You have at least 1 year of experience (excluding work-study/internship) as a system and network administrator or in an equivalent role.

Previous experience within an audiovisual production company would be highly appreciated, although not required.

Technical skills:

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft systems.
Knowledge of IT security, including understanding of fundamental principles.
Ability to implement and maintain security measures ensuring the protection of sensitive company data.
Backup and recovery skills.

LANGUAGES :

Some knowledge of English is an asset, making it easier to understand requests from our subsidiaries.

Social skills:

Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Team player, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with different teams.
Oriented towards innovation and the search for innovative solutions for process optimization.
