About the Role
As a Delivery Fulfillment Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our products and services successfully reach our customers. This involves a dynamic range of responsibilities from warehouse operations to meticulous error log investigation and customer dispute resolution. You will collaborate closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and investigate error logs, identifying reasons for deviations in shipments during loading or delivery by liaising with various stakeholders.
- Process product loads: Check and resolve loading error logs.
- Process product deliveries: Check and resolve delivery error logs to ensure delivery is confirmed.
- Investigate all inconsistent deliveries to ensure the right quantity is invoiced to the right customer.
- Process customers’ disputes by amending shipments to the correct product, quantity, and customer.
- Support investigation of stock differences at depots/customers and provide necessary shipment amendments when needed.
- Operate warehouse machinery including forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks (training may be provided if required).
Skills and Qualifications
- Language Skills: Proficient in English (minimum B2 / C1 level). Knowledge of German will be considered an asset but is not mandatory.
- Experience: Logistics and road delivery operations experience will be an additional asset.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Teamwork: Ability to cooperate effectively with cross-functional teams and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Learning Agility: Quick learner of new IT tools.
- Partnership: Strong partnership skills.
Salary & Benefits
The starting annual salary for this role is approximately zł 56,715, with potential to go up to zł 210,456 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
