Job Title: Restaurant Waitress / Server
Salary: $25 – $45+ per hour (includes base pay of $12.00/hr + excellent tips). Our top servers consistently earn over $75,000 per year!
What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities):
As a Server at The Henry, you are the heart of the guest experience. You’ll be creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.
- Greet guests with a warm and genuine smile, making them feel instantly at home.
- Guide guests through our menu, offering recommendations and answering any questions about our delicious, chef-driven dishes and craft cocktails.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using our modern POS system.
- Work collaboratively with our bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and seamless service.
- Provide attentive service throughout the dining experience, anticipating guest’ needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Handle payment transactions accurately and professionally.
