Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing event management strategies aligned with hotel objectives.

Coordinate and communicate event details with internal departments to ensure seamless execution.

Lead daily walk-throughs of event spaces to ensure quality standards are met.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to anticipate needs and ensure satisfaction.

Monitor event-related activities to ensure compliance with brand standards and guest expectations.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED AND 2+ years of experience in event management, F&B, hospitality sales, or a related field;
OR -
A 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when required.

Previous experience in a luxury hotel setting is a plus.
