Job Summary:

Yettyspeaks Confectionery is seeking a reliable and well-organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will assist the CEO, manage office communication, schedule appointments, coordinate projects, and ensure smooth office operations.


Minimum Qualification: OND

Experience Level: Entry-Level
Experience Length: 0–1 Year
Working Hours: Full-Time


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Office Duties:

  • Welcome guests, clients, and vendors professionally

  • Answer and direct phone calls; take accurate messages

  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area

  • Manage scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements

  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and databases

  • Assist with payroll, invoicing, and other financial tasks

  • Monitor and replenish office supplies

Operational Support:

  • Support event coordination and speaking engagements

  • Conduct research and prepare reports as required

  • Run errands for both professional and personal tasks

  • Provide general support to the CEO and other staff

  • Coordinate tasks related to internal projects

Customer Service & Communication:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints

  • Provide prompt and professional responses to clients

  • Maintain visitor logs and adhere to office security protocols

  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries

Technology & Tools:

  • Operate office equipment like printers, computers, and fax machines

  • Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) efficiently


Requirements & Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to multi-task and work independently

  • High level of confidentiality and discretion

  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude

  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability

  • Interpersonal skills for building internal/external relationships

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
