Job Description.
Lano is expanding across Europe and building its Sales team. You will play a major role in expanding the business into the France region and segments and delivering insights into the new products’ go-to-market strategy. This is a unique opportunity to impact the growth of a fast-paced company by being the first touch of Lano’s future customers.
Responsibilities.
- Contact leads and qualifies potential customers for Lano.
- Pre-qualification of all incoming leads by phone, email & LinkedIn.
- Working closely with prospective customers and generating interest by recognizing their needs and proposing solutions that meet their business’s needs.
- Iterate upon email sequences, sales scripts, and objection handling strategy.
- Follow up with qualified leads to arrange a demo call with an Account Executive.
- Through market research, we develop an in-depth understanding of our target audience’s objectives and pain points.
- Other sales-related project tasks.
Requirements.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in Sales and/or Business Development.
- Fluent or Native French.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- A proven track record of effectively meeting/exceeding sales goals as an individual.
- Customer relationship management skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within the organization.
- Previous experience as a user of CRMs like Salesforce is a plus.
- Professional working proficiency in English and French.
