Guest Relations Assistant

Job Description.
The Guest Relations Team sits at the heart of their business operations. They’re forward-thinkers, problem-solvers, and responsible for maintaining great relationships with their guests.
Responsibilities.
- Liaising directly with our guests in person, via email, and over the phone to create a truly differentiated first impression of Portland Brown.
- Traveling to and inspecting our apartments before guest arrival and following check-out.
- Troubleshooting minor maintenance and technology issues (e.g., light bulb replacements or Wi-Fi connectivity).
- Owning and coordinating the successful resolution of all ‘out of hours’ guest inquiries, recording details accurately on our CRM systems.
- Preparing a comprehensive handover for the following day’s team members.
Requirements.
- Previous experience of overnight shifts in a Customer Success or Hospitality role.
- Fiercely client-centric in your approach.
- Professional verbal/written communication skills.
- Comfort in independent problem-solving.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and sometimes challenging environment.
