Job Description.
Launch your career as a Truck Driver for Wesco. They are hiring immediately for a full-time Non-CDL Driver! They will teach you about distribution and supply chain techniques valued by Fortune 250 companies around the globe. They are Wesco. They enable the connected world – you help turn on the power.
Responsibilities.
- Drives vehicles with capacities under three tons to transport materials to and from specified destinations
- Pulls orders to match manifest and ensures manifests are complete and accurate.
- Loads truck with merchandise to be delivered and unloaded merchandise for customers.
- Makes contact with customers if not present. Assists in resolving customer issues.
- Complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging, fabrication, and transporting goods.
- Install protective devices, such as bracing, padding, or strapping, to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported.
- Maintained records such as vehicle logs, records of cargo, or billing statements following regulations.
- Will work in the warehouse when not on the road delivering and interacting with customer accounts.
Requirements.
- Valid Truck Drivers License for state required.
- Two years of truck driving experience are required.
- Satisfactory driving record required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. required.
- Proper licensing relative to equipment.
- Ability to obtain Forklift certification required.
- Ability to work in a team environment required.
- Customer service skills and the ability to communicate professionally are required.

Salary: £15.77 per hour.
