Job Description.
Reporting to the head of the Robotics Service activity, your practical experiences and your knowledge of customer needs will not only help you establish solid relationships with customers, but also identify problems and provide a quick and efficient solution.
Responsibilities.
- Provide remote customer technical assistance.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures; take proactive compensation / prevention measures and inform internal partners.
- Coordinate resource and spare part logistics for all on-site service jobs.
- Exceed customer expectations by understanding and anticipating current and potential needs.
- Propose product and process improvements within the business to improve operations and customer service.
Requirements.
- Ideally a Bachelor degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation or equivalent.
- Ideally at least a first experience as an itinerant or sedentary Robotics Technician.
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in the servicing, maintenance, commissioning and repair of industrial robots.
- Collaborative, solution-oriented approach, with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent French and good knowledge of English required.
