Job Description.
Join a fast-growth consulting business in France to lead the consulting services for the French region. The company has been experiencing exceptional growth over the last few years, and due to this increasing demand within the market, there is an opportunity for a new hire to take a leading role in consulting services. You will wear multiple “hats,” i.e. assume the role of project manager, people manager, client lead, and training lead, helping develop and nurture talent within the business.
Responsibilities.
- Shape and lead the consulting team, so they complete the projects.
- With knowledge in corporate finance, you will be the sparring partner for clients and a lead for consultants.
- Manage and oversee implementation projects and play an essential role in taking part in kick-off meetings and act for some projects as Project Manager
- Monitor and control the project scope, timing, cost, quality, resources, and risk through to project completion for the entire project portfolio.
- Communicate with all stakeholders on project status and support the cross-functional collaboration between clients and consultants.
Requirements.
- BAC + 5 degree in finance, accounting, or economics or a comparable qualification.
- Significant knowledge as well as relevant practical experience in corporate finance.
- Experience in leading and managing projects.
- A high affinity for software and IT-related topics.
- Superior communication and presentation skills.
- Native speaker level in French and very good communication skills in English.
