Responsibilities.
- Overlook all operational and administrative aspects of the culinary as appropriate.
- Planned, coordinated and supervised all menu planning and implementation.
- Production, preparation and presentation of food with attention to detail.
- Ensure food standards and presentation are maintained and always improved.
- Assist the Purchasing Department with purchasing all food items and kitchen equipment.
- Organize food production cost-effectively and hygienically.
- Adhere to and implement our FLHSSE and HACCP guidelines.
- Provide leadership, direction and support to all culinary colleagues at all times.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of autonomy.
- Raising ideas and innovations.
- Supporting the daily culinary operation.
Requirements.
- Culinary expertise in luxury operations.
- A minimum of 3 years as Executive Chef in a five-star deluxe hotel operation.
- Team player, flexible and resilient.
- Very high sense of responsibility and quality.
- A focus on our customers.
- A harmonious and humble soul and attitude.
- Very good German and English skills.
