Job Description

The Account Manager’s primary role is to support sales by engaging with clients to broaden the Company’s relationship to cross-sell and up-sell solutions to the respective clients. These include compliance filings, secure data rooms and contract analytic tools.

  • Grow revenue from the book of business on an annual basis.
  • Facilitate further development of our Japan business and deep relationships across multiple departments at these accounts.
  • Consult with customers to understand business issues and goals and work with customers to develop improved solutions to meet business needs.
  • Respond to RFPs and RFQs on the accounts managed to secure new business.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, up-to-date customer files and detailed account history.

Required Skills

  • Advanced/ Bachelor degree in a functional work or role discipline with 3 years of relevant work experience (List specifics) OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through comparable years of relevant work experience.
  • Communication skills with all levels of the audience. Able to structure messages in keeping with the listener’s experience, background and expectations.
  • Able to understand the impact of communications on the organization or customer, including any legal/regulatory implications.
