๐ŸŒ About Landshop:

Landshop is Nigeriaโ€™s Premier Real Estate Co-Investment Hub. This role, however, supports the Founder’s Office, managing financial structure across multiple ventures โ€” including businesses, NGOs, foundations, and development initiatives. It requires high-level accounting and budget intelligence, as well as cross-functional collaboration.


๐ŸŽฏ Role Summary:

You will act as the financial backbone for the founderโ€™s ecosystem, ensuring sound accounting practices, budget discipline, and effective financial tracking for business and social impact projects.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a multi-entity, fast-moving environment and can bring structure, clarity, and control to complex financial activities.


๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and consolidate finances across:

    • Real estate business units

    • NGO foundations and donor-funded initiatives

    • Personal and office accounts

  • Design and manage:

    • Budget dashboards

    • Spend analysis reports

    • Financial forecasts

    • Centralized monthly/quarterly financial reports

  • Align with project, HR, and operations teams to:

    • Track budget-to-actual spending

    • Create real-time financial insights for decision-making

  • Recommend strategies for:

    • Fiscal discipline

    • Cost reduction

    • Cashflow optimization

    • Transparent internal reporting


โœ… Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, budgeting, or finance roles

  • Strong experience in:

    • Excel (Advanced level: formulas, pivot tables, dashboards)

    • QuickBooks, Wave, or similar accounting platforms

  • Ability to handle multiple departments or businesses concurrently

  • Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA) is an added advantage

  • Must show evidence of budget control, dashboard creation, or reporting design
