Strengths as an office for companies considering business development in Japan or investment in Japan from overseas, we provide custom-made services for each customer rather than simply providing services in the service line. I’m here.

Main Clients Most of our accounting and tax services are provided to foreign-affiliated corporations, and our main clients are real estate investment funds and financial institutions. Many clients from the United States, Hong Kong, and Singapore have expanded into Japan.

We also provide IR consulting and translation services; our main clients are medium-sized listed companies.

Recruitment requirements Weentrust the client’s accounting and tax work. Since one client has multiple companies and repeats the process from company launch to liquidation in a relatively short period, you will acquire a wide range of knowledge in accounting, taxation, and corporate law.

After you have decided on the client, you will be in charge of it. You should gradually increase the range of decisions you can make while consulting with your superiors about daily work and creating a workflow!

[Main work (example)]

• Bookkeeping agency
• Administration work (deposit management, payroll calculation, etc.)
• Creation of accounting reports
• Creation of tax returns

[When you get used to it…]

•  Support for creating irregular tax returns
• Support for new projects, etc.

[Monthly workflow]Beginning of the month: Reconcile the previous month’s cash deposits, bookkeeping, etc. Depending on the project, we may close the books early and submit them in about five business days.

During the month: For companies that pay salaries, prepare for monthly payments such as payroll calculation and expense reimbursement.

End of the month: SPC will deliver materials for the previous month at the end of the following month. Once we have all the materials, we close the books for the previous month, create a report, and send it to the client.

General Requirements

Required Skills

Experience in accounting (assuming a person who understands the flow of business from bookkeeping to the settlement of accounts)

Knowledge of Bookkeeping level 2

• People who aim to become tax accountants, certified public accountants, and those with accounting office experience are still welcome.
• Those who are good at English (We welcome those who have many foreign-affiliated business partners and are not resistant to English)
• Industry experience and educational background are not required. There are no blank periods of employment, and no experience or knowledge of SPC is required.

Average Salary: ¥3,500,000
