Job Description

The main business is accounts receivable business sales management business specific contents are as follows.

• Accounts receivable management work: Payment processing, reconciliation of accounts receivable and payables, confirmation of miscalculation, reconciliation processing, account statement creation, accounting audit response, etc.
• Sales management work: Price and rebate management, customer management, credit risk management, etc.Miscellaneous affairs: Invoice issuance, application for payment within finance, bank payment, etc.

Requirements

Skills

•  Nissho Bookkeeping Level 2
•  Japanese Proficiency Test Level 2
• EXCEL VLOOKUP function, SUMIF function, PIVOT aggregation, etc.

Preferred Skills

• Japanese business level
• Accounting work experience at a company or accounting firm
• SAP experience

Job Location

• Kanagawa Prefecture, Kawasaki-shi, Saiwai-ku

Work Conditions

• Job Type: Contract
• Salary:  5.5 million yen ~ 7.5 million yen
• Work Hours Flextime system (standard working hours 09:00-17:45)
• Holidays Number of annual holidays: 124 days (actual for 2020) / 2 days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays), public holidays, special holidays, etc.
