Main Duties.
- Daily audit work, ensuring payment balance to all Hotel and Spa systems.
- Investigate and correct errors as required.
- Compile complimentary accounts.
- Manage voucher sales and redemptions.
- Ensure non-resident billing is accounted for accurately.
- Other accounts-related tasks as required.
Responsibilities.
- To complete all Health & Safety and Job Skills training as required.
- To work following company Health & Safety guidelines, especially concerning Hazard and Accident.
- To be responsible for your health and safety and your colleagues, following the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974) and relevant EC directives.
- To provide a healthy and comfortable working environment, smoking is prohibited throughout the Hotel.
- To undertake any training/coaching required by the Company to enable you to perform your duties effectively.
Requirements.
- Previous Accounts experience desirable but not essential.
- Admin experience essential.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Methodical.
- Numerate.
Salary: £10.54 an hour.
