Responsibilities and duties

Register service providers not registered in the system; Prepare a spreadsheet summarizing monthly and annual payments and expenses; Receive and organize invoices and invoices from freight suppliers, recording the values and invoice numbers in the system.

Support other areas of the branch (sales, stock and administration), direct contact with the head office to report on your branch’s processes and to clarify doubts.

Requirements and qualifications

Completed secondary education and higher education

Basic Office Package

Experience in the ADM area
