Job Summary
Obor Logistics Nigeria Limited is seeking a qualified Administrative Manager to oversee office operations, staff management, and ensure administrative processes align with company goals. The role is ideal for an experienced professional with strong coordination and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily department operations and ensure smooth workflow

Manage staff recruitment, training, performance, and relations

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped office

Oversee document handling, meeting coordination, and correspondence

Develop and enforce policies and procedures for efficiency

Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring communication and coordination

Generate reports and data analysis to support decisions and operations
Requirements

Minimum Qualification: HND (Bachelor’s degree preferred) in Admin Management, Business Management, or related field

Experience: At least 3 years in administration (1+ year in a managerial role)

Familiar with HR processes, legal regulations, and operational procedures

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and admin software
