Role & Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Officer, you will:

  • Deliver excellent customer service

  • Manage and respond to all online inquiries and sales

  • Handle social media accounts and report directly to the MD

  • Respond promptly to clients’ inquiries

  • Assist with in-store and online sales

  • Ensure timely payment of bills

  • Monitor and cross-check stock levels and inventory

  • Request new furniture based on stock level and Sales/Admin guidance

  • Collate daily sales and expenses; follow up with MD on personal expenses

  • Ensure the shop is client-ready daily (tools, setup, appearance)

  • Support the MD with charity initiatives

  • Keep an inventory of fabrics with swatches and quantities, as well as all shop items


Requirements:

  • HND / B.Sc in any discipline

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role

  • Solid knowledge of office procedures

  • Excellent organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office proficiency)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
