💰 Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000/month
🕒 Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM, 5 days a week (flexible between Monday–Sunday)


🧾 About the Role:

Join Care Cuddle as an Administrator, supporting day-to-day operations of UK clients in the health and social care sector. The position starts at an admin level but has a structured career path leading to senior and consultancy roles.


🗝️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Review & update care plans

  • Schedule staff shifts and track attendance

  • Review visit notes & medication records

  • Assist with incident report documentation

  • Supervise care staff and maintain compliance records

  • Compile reports to ensure care quality standards

  • Provide general administrative support


Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in health/social care (consultancy experience preferred)

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal English

  • Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows OS

  • Must own a reliable laptop

  • Must have stable internet and uninterrupted power supply
