About the Role:
Dufil Group is hiring an AI Domain Lead to drive strategic innovation through Artificial Intelligence across their business. This role requires a highly experienced professional with a strong background in AI/ML, data science, and industrial automation to lead transformation projects, optimize processes, and integrate smart systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead AI strategies and manage AI project portfolios

Implement AI/ML tools for smart decision-making and automation

Optimize industrial processes using data-driven solutions

Integrate IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) and smart systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to train and support users

Stay up-to-date with AI trends and implement relevant innovations
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, IT, ECE, or similar

First class graduate (mandatory)

Minimum of 5 years experience in AI-driven business or industrial applications
Technical Skills:

Proficient in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn

Strong in deep learning, NLP, and data science

Experience with IIoT devices, real-time systems (RTOS)

Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and data platforms
