Job Description

Oversees the safety and cleanliness of the gym. He ensures that the equipment and machines used are in excellent working condition. He also ensures that the locker rooms and the sauna are hygienic enough to be used by those enrolled at the gym. He also oversees the work of his staff.

Responsibilities

Consistently delivers a clean, crisp, friendly member and team member experience.
In charge of both the top and bottom lines of the P&L
Manage all facets of the business, including sales, fitness, and gym operations
Oversee sales process and systems
Plan and promote special events for the gym monthly to drive member engagement, using corporate marketing as needed
Responsible for managing janitorial and office supplies, printing and forms, and small equipment

Skills

A certified fitness instructor is highly preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to diagnose problems, thoroughly analyze information, and solve problems. Strong planning and execution skills.
